Miss Mary is licensed by the U.S.C.G for a maximum of 6 passengers and there are no exceptions.
All rates listed below are for the boat and NOT per person.
You will not need a fishing license. We buy an annual license that covers all passengers.

$200 deposit required or you must prepay your trip to guarantee reservations.
Deposits and prepayments will be refunded with sufficient notice or because of weather considerations or mechanical issues.
10% discount for “catch and release” charters.
10% discount for active duty US. military and LEO. with proper ID.
The rates below do not include a tip for our hard working deck hands. The custom is 10 to 15%.
The rates do not include fish cleaning. By law we can no longer do that on board. We will transport your fish to the Shell Shack our local fish market and you will be charged per pound. They will ice your catch or freeze them if you prefer.
Please do not bring glass bottles aboard.
Please wear shoes and not flip flops or sandals.
No GPS devices allowed on board. You really do not want to try this. Trust me.
You need to bring what you want to eat and drink for your trip. We provide ice and have a cooler for your food and beverages on board. We also suggest polarized glasses, a hat, and sunscreen.
If you are concerned about sea sickness start your over the counter remedy the night prior to the trip.
No firearms or illegal drugs.
